Wired BMW Phone Charger for G Series

Charging your phone wirelessly during your everyday commute is pretty convenient, but nothing beats the reliability and speed of a classic wire charger (at least yet!). If you don’t have a spare wire on you or you like to keep everything tidy, we’ve got a solution you’ll appreciate even more than having a loose cable in your armrest compartment! 

With our Wired BMW Phone Charger, there will always be a USB type C wire neatly tucked in place on your center console, right next to your iDrive controller. Along with the retractable cable, this retrofit comes with 2 extra USB type C ports, allowing you to connect even more devices for charging. All of these connections support fast charging rated at up to 27W.

The Wired BMW Phone Charger retrofit is compatible with the following G Series cars: BMW 2 Series (G42), BMW 3 Series (G20), BMW 4 Series (G22), BMW i3 (I01), BMW X3 (G01), BMW X4 (G02), and BMW 8 Series (G15).

The Wired BMW Phone Charger for G Series is easy to install and does not require any permanent modifications to your car. There are two ways you can get it installed: with or without disassembling the entire center console. While less time-consuming, the latter option requires more care, as you’ll need to pry out some trim pieces. If you don’t have much experience working with the trim tools, we advise you to take a longer, but safer approach.
