You can be sure the CIC controller comes to you in mint condition and 100% compatibility with your iDrive system, as we work on what’s already yours. Once you send us your current CIC controller, we refurbish it for you and ship it back within 14 business days.

Order Two Ways

According to your preferences, you can choose to get the refurbished CIC controller two ways:

• Exchange with one of ours (with deposit)
  
  Send us your current iDrive controller and we’ll ship you a replacement from our stock of refurbished iDrive controllers within 7 business days. Selecting this option you’ll be asked to leave a deposit of $199 that will be refunded to you once we receive your factory controller in fully working condition.
  
  
• Have us refurbish yours (without deposit)
  
  Send us your current CIC controller, we’ll refurbish it for you and ship it back within 14 business days.

Either option you choose, you’re guaranteed a quick service, mint condition and 100% compatibility with your iDrive system. Decode your VIN to check if the CIC controller matches your BMW.

BMW CIC iDrive controller is customized for each E-Series model individually due to the different configuration of every vehicle. However, no matter your BMW specs, the CIC controller replacement is always fully plug & play, doesn’t require coding or any permanent modifications to your car and thus is completely lease-friendly. 
 

The kit includes a CIC iDrive controller.

The installation of the kit may take around 20 minutes and revolves around taking out your central operating unit, mounting and plugging the controller in.  

You can choose to install the controller by yourself or hand it to one of our professional installers. If you decide to DIY, our precise PDF instructions, videos and dedicated technical support will make it easy for you to follow the process. The PDF installation instructions appear in the personal account within 72 hours after the purchased product is shipped.
