We're looking for:
A motivated individual with a flair for sales to strengthen our genius Sales Team. You'll be offering pre-sales support to our customers, answering their questions and advising them on the best products for their needs.
We want you to be in charge of:
- Handling inquiries from potential customers over live web chat and phone
- Identifying and generating new sales opportunities
- Liaising with your colleagues in sales and technical support
- Closing sales
- Supporting product development throughout the product lifecycle
We expect from candidates:
- Prior experience with BMWs technology and/or automotive scene
- Very good communications skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
- Quick thinking
- Ability to remember technical information about our products
- Experience in sales (preferably in online and telephone sales)
- A positive and proactive approach to work
Additional assets:
- Familiarity with order flows process within an e-commerce business
- An undying love for all things BMW
