R&D Specialist

We are looking for a person who loves technology so much that just using it isn't enough. If you feel you also want to take part in creating it, you could be the perfect person to join our R&D team as a Product Development Specialist. You'll have an opportunity to take responsibility for (and satisfaction from) the whole cycle, from your bright ideas to the final production of a tech product.

We want you to be in charge of:

• Analyzing market and industry product trends.
• Developing product ideas based on customer interests, budgets and market research.
• Testing prototypes and products throughout the design process to troubleshoot any potential problems.
• Responsibility for the communication and coordination of engineering changes with manufacturers.
• Overseeing the manufacturing process of our products to ensure they meet our quality standards.
• Cooperation with the marketing team and technical support.
• Analyzing existing products to identify areas for improvement.
   

We expect from candidates:

• Proven work experience as a Product Engineer /R&D Specialist or similar role.
• A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field may be advantageous.
• Strong Technical background (cars/retrofit technology/ audio/ electronic devices etc).
• Knowledge of product development process.
• Project management and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive attitude.
• Excellent English, both written and spoken.

• Knowledge of the automotive industry and market trends.
• An undying love for all things BMW.
